The CSO Roundtable is a new program offered by SalesForce Solutions specifically for Business Owners, Sales Managers, Vice Presidents of Sales, and other executives who lead and manage sales teams. The CSO Roundtable combines Training, Coaching, Mentoring, Accountability, and Networking into one convenient and affordable package tailored to the needs of sales executives. CSO Roundtables are administrated by Troy Harrison, author of “Sell Like You Mean It! Outselling Your Competitors by Understanding Your Customers.” The CSO is the perfect way to access Troy’s expertise in building high-profit sales teams! When you join a CSO Roundtable, you will first receive a consultation with Troy Harrison to define your sales goals and key performance metrics. You will then receive the CSO Toolkit of easy-to-use management and tracking tools to help you better understand and lead your sales team. You will then participate in monthly half-day meetings with other CSO’s in your Roundtable group. Each meeting will consist of:
- Networking time before the meeting;
- Goal review and forecasting, problem identification, and Roundtable discussion;
- A Sales Management technique lesson, designed and taught by Troy Harrison;
- And a Selling technique lesson, taught in a “train the trainer” environment and designed for you to pass on to your salespeople. This lesson comes with a Facilitators’ Guide and reproducible handouts.
- Each Roundtable group will be limited to 20 members.
Your Roundtable program doesn’t end there. While you are in the program, you will have up to 1 hour telephone consultation time included with your membership, as well as unlimited e-mail questioning. A list of benefits includes:
- Sales lessons and Sales Management lessons exclusive to CSO Roundtable members;
- 4 copies of “Sell Like You Mean It!” to share with your people;
- 1 hour per month telephone consultation ($250 value by itself);
- Subscription to “SalesForce Excellence,” the new quarterly magazine published by SalesForce Solutions;
- Substantial discounts (20% or greater) on all SalesForce Solutions’ services and products;
- Ongoing monitoring of key metrics;
- Networking with like professionals;
- Private Internet discussion forum for CSO Roundtable members only.

Discount Availability: For CSO Roundtable members who prefer to pay annually, a full advance annual payment of $2,200 (11 months’ fees) will cover 12 months’ membership.
Multiple Representation: Multiple representatives from a single company are welcome; however, all representatives must be executives as described in Eligibility. Each representative must pay a separate membership fee.
